HOW TO MEASURE
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
ARM: Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
NECK OPENING: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.
