What Is Your Returns Policy?
We accept returns for 30 days on everything except for sale items and customized jerseys.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel your order please open our chat and select Manage your orders/Cancel an order and follow the instructions.
We cannot make changes to any orders. If you need to make a change, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one for the correct item.
We begin processing orders within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed you will have to make a return/exchange.
Shipping
How long will it take me to get my order?
We ship out orders within 2 to 3 business days. Due to carrier delays, please allow between 3 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method.
We use 100% recycled materials for all our packaging and it is all fully recyclable.
Where Is Your Store Based?
We're located inside the Moda Center in Portland, OR USA. We ship all our orders from our warehouse within the Moda Center. When you buy from us you are supporting the local Oregon workforce.
Who Pays Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping times vary by the shipping method you select but delivery can take up to 45 days.
All custom fees, taxes and duties are included with your shipment. There are no additional fees collected at the time of delivery.
If your package is returned to us for a bad address we cannot provide you a refund for any custom jerseys. If you would like us to attempt redelivery you will need to contact us to set up a payment for a new shipment.
We use DHL to ship our International Packages.
