Order Processing

All non-supplier fulfilled items are shipped from Portland, Oregon, USA.

Most orders, including express orders, are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order confirmation email is received. If there is any delay, customers will be contacted directly.

  • Jerseys are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • During the Trail Blazers season, jersey fulfillment may extend to 7–14 business days.
  • Customized jerseys require an additional 5–7 business days, as each item is hand-pressed to order in our warehouse.

Pre-order items may take 4 weeks or longer to arrive. These orders are processed within 2–3 business days once inventory is received, and a shipment notification will be sent when the order is fulfilled.

All successfully placed orders receive a confirmation email with order details. If this email is not received, customers should check their spam folder or contact support to confirm the order was processed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or outdated addresses. Orders returned due to address errors will be refunded minus shipping costs, and customers will need to place a new order.

For assistance, customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible, as orders cannot be modified once they have left the warehouse.


Shipping

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Free Shipping is available on orders of $145 or more within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies to all other domestic orders.
  • Standard delivery timelines range from 5–10 business days.

For expedited delivery, 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options are available, with an order cutoff time of 11:00 AM PST. Shipping costs for expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, while international orders are fulfilled using UPS.


In-Store Pickup

Customers may select free local pickup at the Moda Center store during checkout.

  • Orders are typically ready within 5–7 business days.
  • Customers will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
  • For urgent requests, customers may contact the store for possible accommodations.

Orders not picked up within 30 days will be canceled, and the total amount will be issued as a store credit (valid for online use only).

Pickup Hours:
Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Customers must present their order confirmation email upon arrival. Pickup is available at retail location A19, including during games.


In-Game Delivery & Pickup

  • Orders placed before halftime during a game may be picked up at A19.
  • In-suite delivery is available for guests seated in suites.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Orders are shipped only to the billing address, and orders will be canceled if the billing address does not match the credit card issuer’s records.

Excluded Countries

We do not currently ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire), Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Moldova, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Venezuela

International Shipping Rates & Policies

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival.
  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Rip City Clothing is not responsible for these additional charges.

International shipments are fulfilled via UPS and USPS and may take 12–45 days for delivery.


Order Tracking

Once an order ships, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

Customers can track their order via:

  • Account login
  • Website chat support

If a non–pre-order shipment has not arrived within 3 business days after receiving a shipping confirmation, customers should contact support with their name and order number for assistance.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have restrictions when delivering to P.O. Boxes. Customers should review carrier-specific policies where applicable.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs
  • Customers may alternatively choose an exchange or store credit
  • Shipping costs may be waived if the remaining unreturned items total $75 or more

Blazers Green Premium Shipping

Customers who purchase Blazers Green Shipping Defense are eligible for replacement if their package is:

  • Damaged
  • Lost
  • Stolen

Customers should contact support via chat to initiate a replacement.

If this protection is declined, Rip City Clothing Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
