Unfortunately, custom jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged once they are created, as they are uniquely yours. However, there are a couple of exceptions to this rule: if an error occurred on our part during the creation process, or if the custom jersey features a player who is currently on our roster, it can be returned or exchanged. Additionally, if you order a jersey for pick-up and fail to collect it within 30 days, please note that it will be donated.

According to NBA regulations, when customizing the print on the back of an official NBA jersey, you must adhere to the following rules:

>>No names or numbers of past NBA players to avoid misrepresentation.
>>No use of names and numbers of players from other teams.
>>No foul language, slurs, or any variations or misspellings of offensive phrases to maintain the respect and dignity of the sport and its audience.
>>A maximum of 14 letters can be utilized for the customization to maintain the design integrity of the jersey.
>>Trademarked Phrases: The inclusion of copyrighted or trademarked phrases, logos, or brand names is typically not permitted.
>> Impersonation: Customers are prohibited from using the names of referees, coaches, or other official NBA personnel

Please abide by these guidelines to ensure your custom print meets the official NBA standards.

The production time for custom jerseys varies based on the demand. All jerseys are heat-pressed in-house. During the peak season, the production might take up to 60 days, whereas during the off-season, it might take up to a week. If there happens to be a delay or an issue with your customization request, we will inform you through email. If you need your custom jersey right away, you can come to a game or visit our store from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11 AM to 4 PM, to get it made on the spot.
